About the Project
The purpose of the workshop is to strengthen performance and practice CRM (Crisis Resource Management) skills during low frequency/high intensity events. Not only does this hone skills in specific emergency situations, it allows for evaluation of equipment, carts and systems in the OR setting. It offers an opportunity to practice non-technical skills such as team communication in a supportive environment.
