About the Event
Drs. Theo & Antoinette Le Roux would like to invite their colleagues to an upcoming event on July 13th: The Rohingya Crisis.
Dr. Fozia Alvi, a recent Nobel Prize nominee, will share her efforts in helping the Rohingya people. A physician from Calgary, who has also been awarded the Paul Harris Award through Rotary Club International. Her work includes highlighting the struggles of the Rohingya people of Myanmar in Canada and abroad, as well as charitable work in Pakistan, Kenya, and Bangladesh.
