About the Event
Major server upgrade for Chemistry testing at NRG Laboratory on Wednesday, April 30,
2025.
Please note that on April 30, 2025, the server for our main Chemistry analyzer middleware (the
connection between our analyzers and Cerner) is being upgraded, starting at approximately
1100.
This will result in up to a 6-hour disruption in normal service levels.
Island Health will send an additional communication on the day of the service disruption.
